Sun Life Health Expands Relationship with SyncTimes

Springville, UT, December 29, 2023 -–SyncTimes is pleased to announce that Sun Life Health has expanded its use of the SyncTimes platform.

Sun Life started in 1976 with one full-time and one part-time physician providing 12,000 patient visits per year.They currently serve over 48,000 patients, 30% of whom are children. Being aLean Six Sigma organization, data is critical in determining how to operate an efficient practice. Sun Life started using SyncTimes in January 2023 with the initial goal of decreasing the idle wait time for their patients, thereby improving the patient experience. SyncTimes was implemented in six clinics, and in 2023, Sun Life Health roomed approximately 54,000 patients using the platform.

Sun Life Health is now expanding its use of SyncTimes once again, increasing the usage of the service in over200 rooms. The expansion will allow Sun Life Health to continue to drive additional operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
