After seeing the important data they were receiving, and the significant improvements to the quality of care they were providing, they decided to implement SyncTimes in 17 additional dental exam rooms.
"Grace Health utilizes a patient care model that is team-based or what is called a “neighborhood” model. This means that it is critical for our providers and care staff to communicate effectively with each other and with patients. SyncTimes provides us with the platform and critical data that allows us to ensure the care team is available to each other and that we’re able to provide a prompt and effective patient experience.”, said Jill Wise, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
