Grace Health Expands Relationship with SyncTimes

Springville, UT, December 29, 2023 –- SyncTimes is pleased to announce that Grace Health has expanded its use of theSyncTimes platform to include all remaining locations and exam rooms.

Grace Health has been delivering primary health care for Michigan residents since 1986. Grace Healthcares for approximately 20% of Calhoun County’s population, 62% of the County’s Medicaid population, and 22% of the County’s uninsured population.

Grace originally purchased SyncTimes for their family practice locations, installing the technology in 132 exam rooms. After seeing the important data they were receiving, and the significant improvements to the quality of care they were providing, they decided to implement SyncTimes in 17 additional dental exam rooms.

"Grace Health utilizes a patient care model that is team-based or what is called a “neighborhood” model. This means that it is critical for our providers and care staff to communicate effectively with each other and with patients. SyncTimes provides us with the platform and critical data that allows us to ensure the care team is available to each other and that we’re able to provide a prompt and effective patient experience.”, said Jill Wise, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

“We’ve loved working with the Grace Health team and are excited that they are seeing the value that SyncTimes brings to their operations. We look forward to working with them to continue to create a better experience for both their patients and employees!” said Alan Bucknum, CEO and Co-Founder of SyncTimes.
